Guarantee: All items carry a 14-day, money-back guarantee. Provided the item is still in new condition, return it to us in its orginal packing material within 14 days of the date of purchase, and we will gladly refund your money(minus any shipping charges & restocking fees).


Returns: You must contact us and request a return authorization number. Products may NOT be returned without an approved RA number clearly labeled on the outside of the box. RA numbers may be obtained by calling us at 888-371-9869 or by email to sales@123supply.com You must provide the original packing slip or at least the following information:

· Customer name
· Date of purchase
· Order number (123supply-XXXX)
· Item #
· Reason for return
· Return for credit or to exchange product?



The Service & Supply Warehouse will accept returns on unopened products for up to 14 days after you have received them for a full refund of the original purchase price (not including original shipping fee). Buyer’s remorse returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Videotape and book returns will be charged a 10% preview fee per item. ANY TECHNICAL OR INSTALLATION PROBLEMS WITH CDROMS OR SOFTWARE MUST BE HANDLED WITH THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER OR PUBLISHER. We WILL NOT, under any circumstances, accept any returns that do not include the Return Authorization, original box and materials. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON ANY DAMAGED OR COPIED SOFTWARE, ALL RETURNS ON CDROMS OR SOFTWARE WILL BE HANDLED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND CHARGED A 10% FEE!

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROPERLY INSURED. If we never receive your return, we cannot issue a refund. Once we receive your items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the purchaser will pay for return shipping. No product returns will be accepted after 14 days.

We cannot accept returns on any damaged products. It will be your responsibility to be available to receive your package(s), or to leave special instructions for the carrier to leave your delivery in a safe area, at a neighbor’s house, or not to deliver if no one is home. Alternatively, you may have your order delivered to your workplace. You can contact FEDEX by calling 1-800 GOFEDEX.

In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, please contact us via e-mail at sales@123supply.com or call us at 888-371-9869 and follow the instructions above on how to return items. Once your damaged product(s) have been returned to us, we will send a replacement immediately. In this case, we will pay for any additional shipping charges. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs for all returned products. All items must be returned to The Training Source, Inc., 141 Woodside Court, Mt. Washington, KY 40047.

Shipping: We will ship to just about anywhere! Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Some specialized software, CDROMS or books may take up to 7 days to ship. Orders received before 12 noon will be processed that same day. Orders received after 12 noon will not ship until the following day. We ship primarily by FEDEX. FEDEX Shipping costs are $7.50 per item and an additional $1.00(US 48 states only). Next Day and Second Day Air shipments are priced at a premium.


International Shipping: Before we can process your order, please read the following International shipping policy statement:

International Shipping Policy (non US Military) Unfortunately, Service & Supply has been the target of international credit card fraud and we have made some changes to protect credit card owners and ourselves. All people placing International orders must fax a copy of their billing statement if you are first time customer. It needs to include the credit card# and your billing address. Sorry, we cannot send international orders to addresses other than the billing address. We need to receive your fax within 24 hours of your online order. All orders received without the faxed documentation will be cancelled in 48 hours. FAX in USA 502-538-2283. After receiving your fax, we will email you the shipping options and costs. After we receive your approval of the shipping costs we will ship your order. It can take up to 4 working days to verify the billing address and up to two weeks to deliver.

Please note that you will be liable for any customs or duty charges and if the shipment is refused, you will also be responsible for paying for the return freight- no exceptions.
